Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • We typically ship via USPS. Larger orders may be shipped via FedEx or UPS, depending on their rates.
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: This is available, however due to current political and carrier issues, please contact us to confirm availability and rates.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, holidays, and weather conditions.

Domestic Shipping:

  • We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and cart total.
  • Free shipping is available for domestic orders over $100.
  • Non-expedited orders:
    • Up to 0.5lb: $7.24
    • 0.6-2lbs: $16.96
    • 2.1-3lbs: $21.52
    • Additional $4/lb thereafter.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you refuse your order, we will charge you for the fees.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Most orders shipped via USPS will have a delivery confirmation number. FedEx and UPS will definitely have tracking.
  • You can track your package through the carrier’s tracking system.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
  • If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to arrange a resolution.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
