Returns & Exchanges

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once shipped.
  • Damaged or missing items from your order must be reported within five (5) days of receipt of order. Please send us a photo if the product was damaged. You can use our contact page or our email: support@themoonsunandstars.com. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged product and will issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
  • In order to process your return or exchange, please give usthe following information:
    • Invoice number
    • Who Picked
    • Who Packed
    • Was the item checked off on the invoice/packing slip
    • If damaged, please include a photo
  • Merchandise will not be replaced by our supplier without prior approval, and so we need to have the information to process the exchange or credit your account.
  • We can accept returned items that are in resalable condition purchased less than 90 days  ago.
  • Discontinued items are not credited.
  • Refused orders that are returned will be charged return shipping plus a $2 fee.
  • Returns over 3 months will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
