Do I need these items to practice magic or spirituality?
While we offer a wide variety of metaphysical products, it’s important to note that you are the true source of your power. The items we carry can support your practice and help you focus your energy, but they’re not required to practice magic or spirituality. Your intentions, mindfulness, and connection to the universe are the most important tools you’ll ever have.
Do you offer guidance on how to use the products you sell?
We believe in empowering you to use the tools you purchase in a way that aligns with your own path. In other words, you do you, boo! While we don’t offer personalized consultations, each product page includes helpful information on how to use your items. Additionally, we frequently share tips, resources, and advice through our blog and social media. If you have further questions, contact us. We may be able to offer more information or resources relevant to your personal question.
How do I cleanse my crystals (or any tool)?
Cleansing your crystals (and other tools!) helps clear out any lingering or negative energy they may have picked up. There are several ways to cleanse crystals, including:
- Smudging with sage, palo santo, or incense.
- Running water (ensure the crystal is water-safe!).
- Placing them under the moonlight or in sunlight for a recharge.
- Placing them in a bowl of salt to ground their energy.
- Burying them in the earth to ground their energy.
It’s also good to trust your intuition—if a crystal or tool feels “off,” it’s time for a cleanse. Just be cognizant of the material your tool is made of. Is the crystal water-safe? Don’t use water on paper products… etc. Use common sense. The Moon, Sun and Stars LLC is not liable or responsible for any damage to your tools.
How do I care for my metaphysical tools?
To keep your metaphysical tools in great condition, it’s important to take good care of them:
- Crystals: Keep them away from harsh chemicals and give them regular cleanses.
- Candles: Trim wicks to about 1/4″ before each use for a clean burn. Keep out of heavy direct sunlight, and keep away from other heat sources.
- Incense & Oils: Store in a cool, dry, dark place to preserve its properties.
- Tarot Cards: Handle them with care and use a cloth bag or box to keep them protected.
Each item may have its own specific care instructions, which will be provided with the product if it’s more complicated than common sense. The Sun, Moon and Stars LLC is not liable or responsible for any damaged items once in your hands.
Can I request a custom order or special product? Do you have X product?
At this time, we don’t offer custom orders or special products, but we’re always open to hearing what our customers are looking for. If there’s something specific you have in mind, don’t hesitate to reach out. We may be able to find something you’re looking for with one of our local artisans or our suppliers.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?
No, at this time we do not. Sign up for our email list to be notified if that changes in the future! There is a signup form above the footer of every page on the site.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States, United States territories, and APO addresses only. Please see our Shipping page for more information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Processing time typically takes 1 business day (Monday-Friday). Orders usually ship within 48 business hours from there (Monday-Friday). Once your order ships, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Exact methods will vary based upon the availability of these services and what is offered to your location. Tentatively, it usually takes 3-7 business days.
